How do I book?

Please book on the Booking.com Website.

Do you serve breakfast?

A continental breakfast is included with the Lake and Garden Suites. For the Two-Bedroom Apartment, breakfast is available for purchase via cash or bank transfer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00 to 21:00 Check-out until 11:00

If you'd like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when you book.

Note: Special requests can't be guaranteed. If early or late check-in or check-out is essential to your travel plans, check the cancellation options before booking.

Can I park there?

Free private parking is available on-site. Reservations are not needed, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a boat or campervan.

Are there rooms with a private bathroom?

There are rooms with a private bathroom at Hilltop Whakaipo Estate. Select your dates to be sure of availability.

Are there other people/house owner staying in the same house?

Do you serve dinner?

We do not serve dinners. Our closest restaurant is 10km away called The Bay. Otherwise it's into town for a vast choice of places.

Are pets allowed?

Are December bookings not open yet?

Is it possible to have breakfast, even if it's paid separately?
